What you may not be aware of is that trauma is a survival feature that many may not even be aware of having. Every living being has traumatic reactions conditioned becuase it is how we survive and avoid repeating traumas of the past. Therefore, everyone wins if we know how to communicate at all times in a trauma-informed way. And it's easy.
